EVENT CANCELED: The Germanic Linguistics Annual Conference

Due to emerging events and restrictions due to COVID-19, the Germanic Linguistics Annual Conference 2020 has been canceled. 

The UGA Departments of Germanic & Slavic Studies and Linguistics will host the 26th Germanic Linguistics Annual Conference from April 2-4 at the Georgia Center for Continuing Education.

GLAC is the annual conference of the Society for Germanic Linguistics (SGL), an organization serving a broad community of scholars teaching and researching in Germanic linguistics and philology. 

Plenary speakers will be Joshua R. Brown, University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and Jackson Crawford, University of Colorado - Boulder
